Message from the center director

Vietnam has a significant opportunity to participate in this promising “playground. The government intends to invest in participating across all three stages of the semiconductor chip value chain: design, manufacturing, and packaging. This strategy includes two crucial steps: first, maintaining a strong focus on advancing the information technology platform, and second, prioritizing the training of high-quality human resources through various incentive policies to foster the active growth of the semiconductor industry.

Understanding the nation’s ethos and directives, PSTC with the aim of nurturing top-tier talent, poised to embrace incoming foreign investments in the semiconductor sector. This endeavor aims to propel the growth of Vietnam’s semiconductor industry. Simultaneously, the center aims to educate highly specialized engineers capable of engaging in the development of sophisticated and commercially viable chip lines for Vietnam. We endeavor to establish ourselves as a leading research and training hub for semiconductor chip design, operating at both national and international levels.

Above all, together with DSAC Da Nang, PSTC forms an open, closely connected, mutually supportive alliance with a common
goal for development of the country’s semiconductor industry. PSTC possesses the strength of the most modern equipment; The teaching staff is leading engineering experts; the training model combines knowledge - practice, and practicality; Collaborate with leading partners/companies in the world in the field of semiconductors. We aim for international standards, ensuring graduates are fully qualified to work for reputable international companies. We hope that our generations of students will become key personnel in turning Vietnam into a regional semiconductor powerhouse and an essential link in the global technology chain.

Best Regards!
