Topic 4 (4 hours) – System level components

Topic 7 (6 hours)– Receiver
Receiver. Timing Margin. Receiver circuit topology. Amplifying Receiver. Sampling Receiver. Input Offset Correction. Demultiplexing. Receiver basic block diagram. AFE (Analog front end). Attenuator. Amplifier Chain. DFE (Decision feedback equalizer).

Training purpose

  • Understand the Communications system and Analog Chip inside the system. Thereby, students can design their own integrated Analog blocks in the Communications system.
